monkey forest and fireshows
So, wifi has been crap the last couple of days which means it's been taking forever to upload photos. But finally I've got some alright wifi which means it will be a bunch of posts at once.
Anyway, at some point last week Megan, Nicky, Kieran and I rented some motorbikes and drove over to the Monkey Forest close to Ubud. The forest is filled with monkeys and we bought some bananas by the entrance to feed them. They're quite cheeky though, so if you don't watch it they might pickpocket you, haha!
After that we just drove around outside of Ubud with kites flying in the sky and paddy fields lining the road.
When we'd returned the mopeds we went to a fancy restaurant where Kieran accidentally ordered a very expensive bottle of wine, and thereafter we watched a balinese fire show. No idea what the story was about and I was almost falling asleep, but still really interesting to watch.
